OUR RULES AND YOUR RIGHTS

To play fairly and legally, we adhere to both our internal policies and Texas state law. Here are the key rules you need to know:

Internal Rules (How We Treat You)

  1. Referral Bonuses
When you refer someone, you’ll receive bonus credits or sweepstakes entries once they meet whatever criteria is specified. Be sure to check the referral terms each time (eligibility, timing, minimum play, etc.).

  2. Free Play / Sweepstakes Terms
You’ll frequently receive opportunities to participate without making a purchase. All entry methods will be clearly disclosed. Any free entries, bonus offers, or free coins must be earned or claimed according to the terms posted at that time.

  3. Redeeming Prizes / Cash-Outs
If you earn winnings, redeeming them will follow our payout process. Identification, verification, and any minimum thresholds will be required. Expect transparent, fair handling of all redemptions.

  4. Behavior & Account Integrity
We expect honesty. No cheating, multiple accounts used to abuse bonuses, or fraudulent behavior will be tolerated. Violations may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, or account suspension.

Texas State Law Rules (What Texas Law Requires)

In addition to our rules, there are important legal requirements that protect you under Texas law, especially in sweepstakes or similar games of chance:

n addition to our rules, there are important legal requirements that protect you under Texas law, especially in sweepstakes or similar games of chance:

  • Free Entry / No Consideration Required
Texas Business & Commerce Code § 622.101 makes it illegal to require a purchase or payment as a condition for entering a sweepstakes. You must always have a free method of entry. Texas Statutes+2FindLaw Codes+2

  • Equal Treatment of All Entrants
Any mechanism for entering must be identical for all entrants. If someone gives you “preferential” terms because you purchased something, that is not allowed. Texas.Public.Law+2Texas Statutes+2

  • Proper Disclosure on the Entry Form
Texas law requires that the entry form (or equivalent) include the statement:
“Buying Will Not Help You Win. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes.”
This must be in font size at least as large as the largest font used elsewhere on that form. FindLaw Codes+2Texas Statutes+2

  • Truthful Advertising & No Misleading Claims
You should never see language implying someone has won when they haven’t, or that someone’s chances are better under certain non‐uniform conditions. Advertisements and promotional materials must not mislead in any way. FindLaw Codes+3Texas.Public.Law+3Texas Statutes+3

  • Choice of Prize or Preferred Characteristics
If someone offers the option to pick a prize or indicate preferences, that choice must be on the entry form, and it cannot be tied to a purchase. Texas Statutes

  • Mailing Restrictions
If a sweepstakes is conducted via mail, the law places restrictions on using multiple addresses for entry and how mailing offers are handled. Also, for 30 days after the last date the sweepstakes offered mail entries, it’s prohibited to send certain types of related offers via mail.
